All surfaces are organically shaped to immerse guests in to the surrounding greenery while enjoying panoramic views of the park.

The seasonal menus are crafted to reflect the rhythms of the park outside, ensuring fresh, locally inspired cuisine year-round. For our evening at Væksthuset, we will enjoy a multi-course evening dinner in a setting that evolves with the seasons.
BRØNDSALEN
HISTORICAL CHARM
Brøndsalen is a historic venue nestled in the heart of the beautiful Frederiksberg Have, one of Copenhagen’s most beloved royal gardens.
Constructed in 1885 by architect P.C. Bønecke, renowned for the Palm House in the Botanical Garden, Brøndsalen was originally designed for gatherings centered around the area's natural spring water.
Today, it serves as a bright and atmospheric event space, ideal for cultural events and exhibitions.
SEASONAL DINNER
Brøndsalen is closely connected to the acclaimed restaurant Mielcke & Hurtigkarl, located just next door, which offers refined, seasonal catering for events held at the venue—adding a culinary experience that matches the venue’s unique charm.
The dinner at Brøndsalen will serve a delicious four-course dinner from Mielcke & Hurtigkarl.

Brønsalen is located in Frederiksberg Have which is a beautiful and historic park, originally laid out in the 18th century.
It is known for its romantic landscape design, winding canals, and views of Frederiksberg Palace.
