PRACTICAL INFORMATION

PDM PROGRAMME

PDM will kick off on Monday at 12.00 at the Villa Hotel, please arrive in due time to find your seat and greet your colleagues. PDM Programme ends on Wednesday evening after the dinner. On both Monday & Wednesday dinners are organised incl. transportation, Tuesday evening is programme free. More information on the exact times of the programme will follow closer to the meeting

TRANSFER TO COPENHAGEN AIRPORT

Copenhagen airport is easily accessible by public transport (bus, metro and train), you can check the routes to Villa or CPH Island in Journey planner. Taxis are also available at the main exit and normally all taxis take credit card – but please ask in advance to be sure.

DRESSCODE

Business casual for both meeting activities throughout the day and evening activities.

Bring a jacket and outdoor shoes for use when transferring to the dinner restaurant.

ACCOMMODATION

All non-Copenhagen based colleagues traveling to PDM are expected to stay at the Copenhagen Island Hotel. Please request your accommodation while registering, please see check-in and check-out dates there.

Participants pay for accommodation and any additional services at check-out.
